As from December 1st 09

the club has secured some new waters for all our club members to enjoy.

River Witham – Lincoln to Bardney Lock, Branston Island, Lincolnshire.

A mixture of single and double bank fishing between Lincoln and Bardney some 13,000mts.

 

On the new Witham section at Fiskerton Bridge are 8 purpose built pegs for wheelchair anglers and these are designated as being “the  main accessible water” for the club for wheelchair anglers.

 

 

Each pegs is level access with solid parking to the rear for unloading your gear. Please use the area at the end to leave your vehicle while fishing so as not to obstruct others. Thank you

 

 

 

 

And other stretches of Witham

River Witham – School Farm south of Kirkstead to Boston with part Billinghay Skirth & part Kyme Eau, Lincolnshire.

Various sections of single and double bank fishing on about 16,500 metres of the
main river and the south bank of Billinghay Skirth from the main river to Billinghay.
About 750 metres of the north bank of Kyme Eau at Chapel Hill.

That is a total of 6 new areas from 1st December.

plus lengths of fishing on the

East Halton Skitter north of East Halton,

River Freshney in Grimsby and Wold Grift Drain at Mablethorpe.
